-Teaching and learning
We provide a secure, stimulating and personalised learning experience for every student that takes full account of their individual needs, interests and aspirations in order to develop a range of learning and teaching styles to improve levels of attainment and progress for all students. We promote guidelines for teaching and learning and establish clear criteria for best practice and consistency to focus upon continual raising standards of teaching and learning in the school and to achieve stronger partnerships with parents and other stakeholders.

- Inclusion
The School is committed to inclusion and actively supports students with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Additional Needs. Working in an active partnership with the parents is fundamental to ensure the provision of a high-quality educational provision and targeted support across the school.

- We aim to:
- Maximise individual student potential, respecting individual differences among and between learners.
- Identify students who are talented and/or gifted and provide appropriate stimulation and challenge to enable further development through the taught curriculum or extra-curricular or enrichment opportunities.

- Identify students who have experienced or will experience some degree of learning difficulties and provide appropriate support.

Adopt appropriate planning that incorporates a variety of teaching-learning strategies so that students have multiple options for taking in information, making sense of ideas, and expressing what they learn.
